Sometimes a picture really is worth a thousand words. So rather than talking about the ins and outs of our photography techniques, we prefer to let the pictures do the talking. The ‘before’ shots in this gallery were taken either by real estate agents or home owners and posted directly onto the internet. At a later point, AKimages was asked to come in and do a re-shoot. Just look at the difference!
Considering that photographs are usually the first impression a prospective buyer will have of your property, we believe that a little extra outlay on professional photography is worth every cent in order to get that first opportunity to ‘wow’ the customer and stand out from the other listings.
To repeat: None of the 'before' images were taken by AKimages. Rather, these were the original images used for marketing purposes before we were contacted.
