YouTube and Real Estate Marketing

A post over at Photography For Real Estate says; "I'm slowly coming to the realization that YouTube video may very well be the most significant development in real estate marketing since the invention of big news print".

A little bold? Maybe. All the same, I'm glad that our Enhanced Slideshows are now posted on youtube.

Personally, I feel that a lot of videos out there are overdone, and, not to mention, pricey.

2011 The Year of Floor Plans. 2012 The Year of Interactive Floor Plans?

One of the biggest take away messages for us from 2011 is that Floor Plans have arrived in a big, big way - the uptake in floor plan orders from our clients over the year was nothing short of phenomenal.

It seems potential buyers are now expecting to see Floor Plans when they browse listings online and agents have well and truly discovered the marketing power of this product.

Towards the end of the year we also noticed an increase in enquires about our Interactive Floor Plans.  We love these plans – they bring together the photos with the floor plan to give the buyer a straight forward and accurate overview of the property room by room and frame by frame.

When you've got a quality listing sometimes only the best marketing will do - that's why we developed our Property Websites product back in April.

We're really happy with how this latest one has turned out. It's a great property that photographs well and featuring it on a Property Website gives it the extra sparkle that a property of this calibre deserves.

House Prices Tipped To Dip

Looks like we could be in for a slower season for Spring selling if this SMH article is anything to go by.
